Breaking news: white man discovers tea.
Best part: the snarky editor notes.
Best part: the snarky editor notes.
(Editor’s note: It should be noted somewhere that high-quality bagged and loose-leaf teas are readily available to Americans in supermarkets all over the country.)
(A spokesperson said Segal was leaving to “dedicate more of his time to exploring other entrepreneurial interests,” though it was reportedly related to “infighting.”)

(I did check to see if the company was registered in/near Silicon Valley or Seattle, for the ultimate white-dude-discovers, but it's Canadian.)
*I emailed the person in our building who's in charge of arranging water deliveries, before the water service was cancelled because the shareholders were afraid they might make a few dollars less if they kept the employees happy and slashed budgets, and mentioned that the water here gave me tea with an obviously different flavor and color, but I don't think they really grokked the ABSOLUTEL UNACCEPTABILITY of that. I now own a thermal jug of some ilk and bring water in from home for drinking and tea-making and have discovered that it's so well insulated that if I put ice in the water in the morning and don't drink it all, there's still some ice left over 12 hours alter!

I will let my family (which has consumed lots of tea over time, as well) know that, then! Thanks, tech-adjacent bro, for setting me straight.

I should hope the tea is made from real ingredients as opposed to imaginary ones.
