What are these greens?
Hijacking the Insta feed for my covers/art business to ask a burning question: what are these greens that arrived in the CSA box labeled “Greens: Farmer’s Choice”?

There is a quick supermarket run-through scheduled for tomorrow; I'll try to swing through the veggies and see if there's anything similar there.
(We don't get our CSA boxes until May/June. Wah ~)

It's not a true CSA, but it's easier to say "CSA box" than "box from this company that sources 75% from local farmers and fills in with 25% bananas." XD The true CSAs around here are very heavy on the greens and squash, both of which we hate, so this means we waste less.

So - I was in the supermarket today, although it was the one that packages everything this time of year (so it's all chopped up and behind plastic). Some things just aren't going to be there for several months. My guess would be if it's not kale, it's most likely a form of chard. Hope that helps!
