I don't know what country this sign is from--I'm playing Geoguessr and haven't figured it out yet--but it's evocative. (edit: Norway. But I don't yet know what city I'm in. [edit edit: Trondheim. And pinpointed myself within 7 yards!])

Yup! Never figured out exactly what the sign was, though. (Maybe marking a trash can or something?)

I found it! I'm guessing that the Norwegian phrase for a thief going through your car literally means "to turn upside down".
