Sourdough 2.0
I’ve got my dates and feedings off somehow. I know it’s the 5th feeding and May 4th, although for some reason I thought it was May 4th yesterday. I’ll go back and attempt to re-date, but don’t guarantee consistency.
5th feeding, May 4th
Both smelling much like yesterday, but not as strongly. Toby smelled the wheat and said it was familiar and that he’d smelled it at a fancy restaurant we’d been to. I was getting more rubber, but gentle, not like garage-rubber-tire.
He said the white still smelled like mayonnaise to him, but bad mayo (like Miracle Whip XD) not good mayo. I couldn’t place it, but it’s slightly sour.
