By the way...
...I also have a small collection of premade book covers for sale at SelfPubBookCovers.com. I can't link there from my regular site because of the terms of use of that site (they don't want artists using it as a way to push sales over to their own sites).
I've sold one cover, a Regency romance, so far though I have no idea if it's been published yet. Right now I've got a bunch of different genres, concepts, and price points up to see which ones attract the most attention, as measured by how many authors save the cover to their dashboard (I get that number, though no other details), and once I get about 30 up I'm planning on throwing a bit of money at the site to advertise on the home page and see what happens.

It's an interesting setup--authors can sign up on the site and test out covers by putting their own text on them. If they purchase, they get a high-resolution version of the cover they put together. They can also order a spine and back or an audiobook version of the cover from the original artist.
This means I'm limited in the number of fonts and the text effects I can use, because they have to match the ones available in the online setup, so there's a bit of challenge. Pricing is also a challenge--I get a percentage (about 70%) of the cost, so I have to account for what I've spent on stock images and invested in time for each cover, plus make a judgement as to how much I think someone would be willing to spend on each particular cover. $69 is the lowest amount I can charge, and about a third of them I've put at that rate, and have a variety of price points up to $139. We'll see which ones get the most attention.
I'm also increasing my keyword game and stuffing as many appropriate keywords as possible, which I think may be key to getting attention on the site.
Anyway, I did two more this weekend that I'll upload Monday, but they usually don't get approved for a few days, so if you see 15 covers they're not up yet and if you see 17, they're up.
(man, I put 2 of the covers up about 2 years ago [only started this recent push to get more up a couple of months ago] and I kinda cringe at them now...)

Not that I'm any good at 3D programs so far--if I get actual results, I can't tell you how, and I can't replicate them on command. :)
