BPAL review: Black Lotus
Black Lotus
BPAL description: From the Rappacini's Garden collection. Born in the shadows of a Temple to Set, this corrupted Egyptian scent evokes images of black pyramids, river demons, and bleak, deadly desert sands. Black lotus flower, amber, myrrh and sandalwood.
In vial: Fresh smell, familiar but can't place it.
Wet: Sandalwood, myrrh, and something else that smells a bit like Double Bubble bubble gum.
Dry: Oh dear. It's starting to turn into putty.
Notes: Not the cat's favorite. The nice smells are still there, but the putty is kinda overwhelming and it's making my nose stop up.
