So there's this meme running around on Facebook that consists of an image with the text "You've been kidnapped. The characters from the last TV show you watched are mounting a rescue. Who's coming to save you?"

When I reposted that to my timeline, the answer was the Mythbusters. So I felt pretty good about that.

Today, however, the answer is the Venture Brothers.

I am so screwed.

::laughs:: Right now, I'm watching Young Justice, so I'm in pretty good shape. Last night, though, I watched Antiques Roadshow, and I'm not convinced that would go well. I mean, the appraisers might have hidden depths, and the folks bringing stuff in could be anything at all, but...

One of the many "woodsmen out in the country living off the land" shows... I think it was Yukon Men on Animal Planet. But they had guns and dogs and a wide range of skills for living and/or kicking ass, so this time I'd be okay. Not like last time I saw this meme, where I'd just finished watching Gordon Ramsey kick some restaurant owners' asses for being idiots... Gordon would probably be okay, and the owners at least were smart enough to listen to what he was saying between the expletives, so my survival odds were somewhat decent, if not great.

I also don't really watch TV, so I think the last show I watched was... Doctor Who? This means I'm either about to be spectacularly rescued or mutilated and left for dead and I wont know which one it is until it happens. I guess it'll be dramatic whichever way it goes.
