...eavesdropping on the two guys at the table next to me talk about the recent Star Wars. They say that the filmmakers should have saved blowing up the Starkiller base until movie 3 so that Luke can have an "Oh no, not again" moment and inject a bit of comic relief. "Missed a great opportunity there."

Yyyyyyeahhh.

[unintelligible] "...could be a former classmate, like in Goldeneye." (man I wish I heard enough to get the context on that one!)

They agree that Kylo Ren is whiny.

And then they were talking about Carrie Fisher and how beautiful she was in eps 4-6, then one guy started ranting about plastic surgery and celebrities hiring chefs and personal trainers and whatnot and then someone they knew walked in and the conversation turned.

Carrie Fisher is beautiful right now. i was so delighted with her as General Leia!

I wish she had more to do in it, but I understood why it kind of had to be Han's movie. Hopefully each of the original trio gets their own movie in which to shine.
