Hahahahah, that's something we feed to guests. No matter if there is but three of us. (Admittedly, I sometimes cheat on the fried potatoes and pre-bake some tots instead, which then get fried, with butter, amongst onions, peppers, ham, etc.) The Minnesota relatives all wanted to know what 'biscuits n' gravy' was, back in the 80s. Now, they just demand MOAR.

Hee! I'm just surprised that she didn't make grits, which she usually does, but I guess since Toby's brother didn't come down this year she's only putting on a small spread.

I'm sort of looking forward to Christmas morning because they traditionally just eat cinnamon rolls so I won't feel like exploding.
