Hey, at least you didn't get those fledglings hooked on video games. *stares at lizard*

(Actually, the lizard is currently hooked on Youtube videos about video games. *facepalm*)

Bwah! I make Joe play games for my benefit sometimes--I would never have been able to manage Portal or Portal 2, but I got to watch.

Kicked the lizard outdoors to sketch as it looks like it probably won't rain in the next half-hour and she's been on the computer all day. A little fresh air won't kill her!

You might, actually--at least give part of it a try; the voice-acting is spooky-hilarious.

I hear you on the motion seasickness thing. I couldn't finish our playthrough of Jade Empire for that reason, although I can usually play FPSes myself. (Badly. I can't aim for spit and my situational awareness is best not mentioned!)

I think just listening would be pretty fun, and surely there are points when the character can stay still or just run in a straight line. The voice acting is mighty fine.

Everyone loves free protein in the animal world. It's hard to make! Plus, she probably has nestlings to feed.

I haven't caught Zeus eating any of them yet. If he's supposed to be feeding nestlings too, he's falling down on his job!

I don't know what time cardinals hatch up there, so it's possible she's laying eggs and stocking up on protein to recover, but no hatchlings to feed.

With mealworms, you might get lucky and attract a bluebird, depending on where you are.

I think they live in North Texas, but I've never seen one here. Fingers crossed!

They do, looks like! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_bluebird
