Turn out the light!

This is what Sora looks like for a couple of minutes after you wake him up.



For a cat as anxious as he is, it's surprising that he takes a long time to wake up.

There's something about a bleary eyed grey boy cats. Even fully awake, my cat Buddy's eyes are never wide open. To the point that cat sitters keep thinking he must have an infection.

Sora occasionally gets something in one of his eyes, or it gets stopped up or something, and walks around with that eye half-closed, but it never lasts longer than a day so I've never brought it up to the vet.
