North Texas! We even had a snow day last Thursday! The grass and weeds had started growing earlier, though, as we had a few weeks of highs in the 50s/60s and lows in the upper 30s/lower 40s, which kickstarted the grass.
We've also had a note from the HOA compliance officer about the weeds--it takes them several notes before they do anything about it--and our lawn-care company went out of business so it took a while to find a new one. Bah.
