Can you think of SF/F authors or characters who are/were CPAs? (Crossword puzzle clue. The puzzle I'm making, that is.)

There's a Robert Sheckley story called "The Accountant," in which a boy who loves accounting outsmarts the devil.

Larry Correia was an accountant, but I don't know if he has a CPA.

Lt. Bone is the Denarii fleet accountant in Bujold's Brothers in Arms.

Alexis Gilliland has an unpublished story about what happens when two crooked officers notice one of their subordinates has listed under hobbies "forensic accounting".

I'm pretty sure Potiphar Breen from Heinlein's "The Year of the Jackpot" was a CPA, but I'd have to go check.

I might go with "Possible bloody career path in Monty Python's The Meaning of Life?"

Sure, why not?
