Apparently I'm a male teenager, although I'm not sure why my answering YES to the "Do you like to use nail polish?" question didn't tip me over into female, unless there's a trend among male teens that I'm not aware of at the moment.

The person on my Facebook feed that I got this from is a late-40s woman, and she said it pegged her as a mid-20s man as well.

I haven't yet found anyone who says it identified them as female. Maybe it's a "what man are you?" quiz in the vein of "which 90s girl group are you?" and "what color are you?"

Huh. These questions are ridiculously stupid, so I know it's just random luck, but actually most of what it says about me is true!

I am male, in my thirties, and have short dark hair and brown eyes! No kids soon or ever, but the rest is remarkably accurate considering almost half of my answers were random choices because nothing fit. :p

Is emo/ goth still popular with teenagers? Maybe you were being measured for that instead of (or maybe as well as) being female.

I have no idea. I'm surrounded daily by mostly-affluent, mostly-white people in their late teens and early 20s, and the overwhelming trend in this demographic is athleticism...or at least dressing and appearing like you might take off and go for a run at any moment or spontaneously break out into a baseball game or pop in a few sets of lifts in between study sessions.

As it's getting close to the end of the semester, the clothing is getting less studiously athletic and more "o gawd I just rolled out of bed late and forgot to do laundry and my class is in ten minutes and I'll just throw on this stuff on the floor," but the general idea is still there.
