My migraine has moved to the back of my head, which may mean it's gone to just a general tension-related headache now. A good excuse to get Toby to rub my shoulders when I get home!

I am Cautiously Optimistic, as I just looked up some yoga shoulder stretches and did those, then used the tennis ball in my office to put pressure on my upper back against the wall, and my head pain appears to be mostly gone. Which argues for the tension hypothesis. Not entirely, so it's possible that I'm just dealing with placebo, but I'll take what I can get!
