Pretty much. I may be bailing soon. Toby may give it longer--I bailed on Breaking Bad after 2 episodes, while he gave it most of 2 seasons. There's just too much else on the DVR and my Kindle to waste time on a show that's not exciting to me.
I keep thinking that if I reach a point where I can remember the characters' names I'll be invested. So far, I only know them as Agent Coulson, Ming Na, "FitzSimmons" Joke*, Annoying Possible Infiltrator Girl, and Boring White Guy.
Yeah, between the bland and boring characters and the enthusiastic embrace of the "keep the peons (especially brown ones) ignorant" ethos, I bailed after two.

On the bright side, Ming Na told Agent Coulson that she wanted in on the action (apparently she saw something more interesting in it than I did) and perhaps that means she'll actually do something besides fly a plane.
I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that these episodes are just practice for when Cobie Smulders comes off HIMYM and the show becomes a thing about her and Doctor Book.
I figured it was more than she wasn't impressed by how the others were doing it so if she was stucking around and had to watch it she'd rather be involved to do it right.

I guess this answers my not-very-burning question as to how this week's episode was.
