BPAL review: The Caterpillar
The Caterpillar
BPAL description: From the Mad Tea Party collection. Heavy incense notes waft lazily through a mix of carnation, jasmine, bergamot, and neroli over a lush bed of dark mosses, iris blossom, deep patchouli and indolent vetiver.
In vial: A bit of floral, with a heavier scent (the incense? Mosses?), and a touch of citrus.
Wet: Something on top that is reminiscent of a cumin smell. Moss? Patchouli?
Dry: A complex, dry scent, sort of mossy, sort of vaguely cumin-y.
Notes: Cat: NO SNIFF! NO WANNA SNIFF! WANNA SLEEP! Phooey. Now you woke me up, I must bathe in indignation! Interesting scent; I'd probably like it more if it weren't for that faintly dusty cumin-y scent, which I don't know if it's the moss or the patchouli. Not for me, oh well. Doesn't seem to be doing anything to my allergies - they're not any worse than normal.
