Decided on dinner!
For tomorrow! (Tonight will probably be Kraft mac & cheese and NOSTALGIA, as Toby is in Dallas at his RPG so therefore I am free to indulge in crappy comfort food.)
It is THIS pizza recipe. The recipe was posted to Reddit by J. Kenji Lopez-Alt, who in addition to being a Redditor is a contributor to America's Test Kitchen and an editor on the Serious Eats food blog. I'm going to go ahead and use his New York Style Pizza Sauce recipe.
I'm quite glad the pizza dough recipe is in grams, as we've got a 12-inch cast-iron skillet instead of the 10-inch one called for, and Lopez-Alt said in the comments on Reddit that you just needed to multiply the amounts by 1.44 for that size.
Toppings, after consultation with Toby by text: pepperoni, shallots, mushrooms, fresh basil.
(P.S. if you think the dough recipe sounds good and you didn't read it too closely, it's got to rise overnight!)
