myrialux's parents were in town for another reason and dropped off some tubs of his old possessions that they'd had in storage and were clearing out. It included, among other things, his GINORMOUS COLLECTION OF KEYCHAINS and an adorkable photo of him from 1st or 2nd grade. Naturally, I snapped a pic of it with my phone before he could stop me. :)





Those '80s glasses did nobody any favors. What were we all thinking at the time?

And his hair has migrated a bit from his pate to his chin! (Gotten a lot darker, too, although you can't tell how light it is in the crappy phone pic I took of it. It's a light-to-mid brown in it, while his hair today is pretty much black.)

My brother looks so much like my Arabian father now that at university he got heckled as a foreigner - but until he was 12 he was blonde-brown with straight hair. We both have my mum's blue-grey eyes still.
