Just learned this...

...if someone sends you a bunch of images in a .docx Word doc, you can change the .docx to .zip and treat it like a zip file to get at the original pics.

If this works, it will make my job so much easier.

Oo! I'll have to try that. I've been saving as HTML and then picking through subfolder of image files for the one I want.

Software that bops people on the head for you when they're being twits would find such a good market, though, if it could be developed.

It ended up working for me! On my work computer, which is Windows 7, I believe, after changing the extension, go into [name].zip -> word -> media and it's there. Did not try at home, mostly because I use OpenOffice on my Mac.
