That's a problem with my current location - the closest Taco Cabana's a 15-minute drive when I am in desperate need of an order of Super Nachos. (with shredded cheese not the queso, thankyouverymuch!)

And I may even go by Taco Cabana tonight and pick up an order of Super Nachos, with seasoned meat and refried beans, smothered in shredded cheese* and sour cream** and guacamole, plus an extra side of half-a-dozen thick flour tortillas that will allow me to nibble on them for a few more days (and serve as a base for breakfast tacos later).


* Not the queso sauce. This is very important. The queso sauce is nasty.

** And take a handful of my lactase pills and still be a bit under the weather for a day or two, but I have nothing else planned this weekend, and the Super Nachos are so worth braving the wrath of the lactose intolerance.
