I'm enrolled in an online digital painting course and although it doesn't start officially for a month, the instructor opened up the forum and encouraged us to introduce ourselves, talk, and ask questions. The instructor lives in China, and so far there are students (of all artistic levels and experience!) from the U.S., Chile, Australia, France, Ireland, Japan, Wales, Venezuela, Sweden, Malaysia, and India.

http://workshops.cgsociety.org It's the Becoming a Better Artist one. Once it's over and once my credit card recovers from the shock (i.e. it'll be a while!), I'm thinking about one of the courses taught by Seegmiller, as I've read a few art books by him and liked them.
