Those look a bit like bot-fly cysts (the poor squirrels here occasionally have terrible bot-fly outbreaks...)

The ones on his beak and leg are definitely avian pox, as it seems to be endemic in this area, but I've never seen anything like the one on his chest, so you may be right about bot-flies. (Although I'm not going to Google to see if that's the case because I have a deep-seated horror of parasites!)
