Fail: you can't find the summer hours for university dining services on the website (and a search on the main website produces an article about summer hours from 2009). And when you use the contact form to complain ... it throws an error that the reCAPTCHA isn't correct. MegaFail: there is no reCAPTCHA showing on the site!
Argh, and all because I couldn't remember if the bistro upstairs closes at 3 or 4PM right now. Poo.
