Lunch!
Didn't bring my lunch today as we have nothing in the fridge suitable for lunch at the moment, so took the opportunity to drop by the Woodshed Smokehouse again.

Yes, that is a Texas flag. And I see I caught the older women at the table next to me either saying grace or texting each other under the table.
This is the Woodshed Burger, which includes, along with the burger patty, the sausage of the day, chopped beef, smoked cheddar, and "traditional garnish" which seems to involve a tomato, pickles of some ilk, and some sort of inoffensive green which I couldn't identify. The chips had some sort of savory herb or herbs that I couldn't quite identify.

chomiji!--rabbit and rattlesnake. It was good but not OMG good and I liked it in combination with the rest but wouldn't seek it out on its own. The burger patty was a burger patty. The chopped beef, however, was outstanding and next time I go for lunch there I will probably have the chopped beef sandwich in order to glory in it alone.
The burger was served with pots of mayonnaise and whole-grain mustard, which seemed entirely superfluous.
I also ate the ENTIRE DAMNED THING which I didn't expect and probably means I was hungrier than I thought I was, especially since I am not rolling around in agony with a distended stomach right now.

Didn't avert my eyes fast enough. That sausage ingredient combination has me thinking evil thoughts about how they came up with it.

After I posted and was rereading the post, I realized I maybe should have inverted the order of the ingredients, but you commented before I went to do so, alas!
(And my primary thought about the sausage combo was "roadkill," as I've seen both!)
