It's noisy enough that all I can make out is "What's that?" "It's a camera" and "What the heck?"

I watched about a minute of the video, and most of what I could hear people saying over the noise was "What's this?"

It's hard to hear anyone because there's so much background noise, but I picked out several people saying, "What? What's that?" and "Look at that!"

That was really cool! And your guess about what most people were saying is 100% accurate.

(Also you didn't ask, but rough translation - near the end when the people in the kitchen find it and pick it up they're like, "Look, it's actually a camera" "maybe someone's forgotten it?" [...] man in brown shirt: "oh this, it's a customer's, they're foreign. They just wanted to send it round and [record] the scenery" [puts camera back on conveyer belt].)

I could make out at least one girl saying 'camera wa miteru!' (Camera is watching! - I think, my Japanese is rusty.) and smiling. The few that seemed to realize what might be going on and flashed peace signs were cute.
