Website check!

All right -- I've had reports that the top menu on the ConDFW site tends to wrap around when you roll over it to check the drop-downs. Unfortunately, I cannot replicate it. I've added some extra spacing in the coding which I think might help, but still can't tell if there's a difference. Can you go to the ConDFW site and roll your mouse over the top menu as if you're checking the Registration page, hotel page, or other page, and if it wraps around for you or is otherwise unusable, tell me what browser and OS you're using? Thanks.

If you encounter no problems, no needs to tell me. As far as I can tell, most people's experiences are OK and I don't want a billion "Looks good here!" messages. Thanks!

No wraparound problem, but the last menu point falls off the edge - if I open the page in customary width so it ends with the end of the header, all I can read is 'Guest of H'. In order to read the menu fully, I'd have to make the page much wider, so I suggest shifting it over to the left so that 'Guest of Honour' fits into the header width.

I'm using Windows XP and Chrome, and I'm getting the stretching out on the Guests tab at the end.

Can you post a screenshot? I'm on Win7 and it's working properly in Chrome here. (This is my least favorite part of web design! So many different little variables...)

Does that help? The "Guests of Honor" spreads it out.

FWIW, I'm on Windows XP too, and I'm experiencing the same thing both in FF 3.6 and IE8.

Ah, I see. What I'm talking about isn't stretching out the window, which as far as I can tell doesn't prevent people from navigating the site, but that the last two menu items pop onto a line below their current locations, obscuring the drop-down menus and rendering the site unusable.

(Not that the above isn't a problem, it's that the other one is a worse problem!)
