My cat asks me to turn the shower on

Nefer asks me to turn the shower on this morning so she can drink. (Testing the post to YouTube thing from my phone.)

I took a bath last night, and she came into the bathroom and sat next to the shower stall until it became clear that I wasn't going to turn it on, and then left. :)

I think you're on the verge of committing viral video, if you can follow Nefer into the bathroom with the camera so it's clear she's asking for the shower, and then film her not panicking and staying there while it's on.

Too bad I didn't have my camera ready this morning when I went in -- as I've been hit by itchy dry winter skin, I intended to take a bath but almost tripped over Nefer as she shot into the bathroom as I opened the doors*, running toward the shower and demanding I let her in. Toby got his phone out to record, and his presence there confused Nefer enough that she wandered off until I got into the tub, whereupon she came back in and asked for shower water again. XD



* Double doors, which we keep mostly-shut at night as the light from the intersection outside shines through the shade-free window and reflects off the white doors onto our sleeping faces. We finally bought a shade for that window, but it had to be custom-made as the window is a wonky size and it jsut arrived this week, so we haven't had time to install it yet.
