(no subject)

This morning the Sourdough 3.0 version made with tap water is smelling almost pleasantly sour--in that way that's in the vicinity of buttermilk/sour cream, but not quite. Bottled water has a faint scent of some sort of vegetable, but neither myrialux nor I can place it. We'll see what changes later this afternoon/evening.
