Does this say what I think it says?

I get a message from UPS saying there may be delays in my package. But...maybe not?

Your package scheduled for delivery on Thursday, 02/05/2015 may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Exception Reason: A mechanical failure has delayed delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible.

Exception Resolution: Your shipment is scheduled to arrive today after the delivery commitment time.

Is everyone else getting "There has been a delay due to mechanical failure so we're delivering your package a day early" out of that?
