Feb. 27th, 2008 09:58 amI'm now on a low dose of Trazodone (50 mg) to help with sleep, since the clog-dancing elephants upstairs and various people who think it's OK to drive through an apartment parking lot at 1 AM with the stereo up loud keep waking me up, which makes both the ADD symptoms and migraine triggers worse. (Yay for moving elsewhere in June!)
One of the side effects, I've found, is intense, rich dreams. I found a forum online where people were complaining about dreams of severed limbs and stuff like that, but I haven't had dreams like that. Mine are more visually intense, with richer colors and more detail in costuming and location and, it seems, plot - although the problem is that waking up to an NPR story about the continuing saga of Exxon Valdez litigation tends to drive plot from your mind.
( cut for dreams )
