Bike 14 min.* Miles: 2 Total: 1142 mi. From Lorien: 284 mi. Still at the lowlands between downs and the Emyn Muil. Gosh, I'm getting tired. Perhaps it's time to camp soon?



* Doing the intervals in New Rules of Lifting for Women. I'm supposed to do the first after tomorrow's lifting session, but figured I'd try my new interval timing app out today.

I started doing intervals on some of my non-lifting days instead of the elliptical and am ready to believe the trainers who are very dismissive of the elliptical/regular cardio doing anything -- 14 minutes of intervals kills me dead while I'm doing them (and I laugh at the idea of being able to do level seven on the bike at the end of the 14 minutes, because no) and the middle resistances on the elliptical are pretty easy to keep up for 20-30. (Though possibly I just need to do the higher resistances faster...)
