Go to quotationspage.com and hit random. The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.

Go to flickr and click on explore the last seven days. Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.

Use Photoshop or similar to put it all together. Post it with this text in the caption.

Heh. That came out pretty good. Until You Are Accused by The Long Hello uses this album art. (Am not designing the cover right now because am on deadline. I shouldn't have spend the 30 seconds to do this much, but am thinking about what my reviewer wants me to do.)

Maybe it's the librarian in me (or the fact that I have been plagiarized), but I'd suggest using the flickr Explore / Creative Commons (http://www.flickr.com/creativecommons/) page or flickrCC (http://flickrcc.bluemountains.net/flickrCC/index.php) to find the photo to use, otherwise you'll more than likely end up using (illegally) something copyrighted with all rights reserved.
