Just been cleaning the kitchen of various years-old crud, and discovered that there was PAINT over SPIDERWEBS on cabinet hinges.
I cannot believe that by merely cleaning the kitchen we are leaving this rental better than when we moved in. (Not moving, just got fed up with the kitchen.)
