Girly fashion filter!
Does anyone out there know of a wrap cardigan like this one, only (a) less than $50 and (b) in size 22/24?
The important parts are:
(a) waist-length or shorter, because I'm looking for something like this to wear with dresses/long skirts, and as I am short, a longer one overwhelms me and make me look like a tent*
(b) has that wrap part that ties around the waist and defines the form, as a straight bolero, which I own, merely falls directly to my butt from my shoulders and contributes to that whole tent effect.
* I lived through the 80s, when that sort of thing was in style. I looked like a tent then, too.

That said, the distinctive thing about the linked wrap cardigan is the extra-long tails. You're probably not going to find that trait elsewhere.
Wrap cardigans have been everywhere for the past few years, they seem less ubiquitous now. Territory Ahead usually has something wrap-like. There are a bunch of boutiquey places in my neighborhood that have them too, with the yoga gear, apparently the yoga crowd like them (that faux-ballet look). Nordstrom and J. Crew both have good solid classic sweater lines; Nordstrom tends to be a bit higher-priced. (That said, Donna Karan

(Yes there are others, but I love that freakish thing linked...)
Hmm. If you don't want to spring for this particular one, maybe try trawling Sierra Trading Post often for a nice closeout wrap.

If the GH one wasn't $88, I'd give it a go and see if their size 18 would fit me - my top is much smaller than my bottom, but $88 is way over my threshold for "give it a go and see if it works."

Either you don't have filters on DW, or your DW thinks I'm girlier than LJ does ... .
This sweater here - anything like what you want? Lord knows it's cheap ... .
(I'm not seeing anything else even close, searching on either "wrap front" or "tie front" cardigans)

Nah, that sweater's too long, unfortunately. Thanks!
