How interesting! I found that to be the case for me. While I was doing the weight-work, I had much better mobility and less pain. I'm back to doing some weight work now, but I have to be careful because last time I overdid things.
I have noticed that on the RA blogs that whine the most about not being able to do stuff, they are also the ones advocating physically doing as little as possible. I'm doing both weight-training and drinking, just in case, and I feel pretty good most of the time. :) Whee!
