Just found the community femmes_fatale, in which fasterpussycat every so often posts short bios of various, well, femmes fatale. I've only read the Pola Negri bio so far, but I discovered that she left her personal library to Trinity Univeristy when she died in 1987. I was at Trinity from 1988-1992, and hadn't heard nary a word of it. I've sent email to bpggle, who works at the Trinity library, to see if he knows anything about it.
