The boys and I (that would be the human one and the two furry ones) have been following this with much amusement.
Well, the human boy and I have. The furry boys believe that Sora is being TOTALLY REASONABLE. Dish towels occasionally lash out and eat unsuspecting cats. One can never be too careful.
Sora is extra-spooked today, though not at anything in particular other than the dish towel. He hasn't got close to either Toby* or I, and is currently settled on the floor just out of arm's reach of me, dozing but with one ear cocked towards the door. In case that dish towel tries something.
* He is slowly warming up to Toby and has occasionally gotten on his lap, although not for longer than a minute or two, and absolutely never when I am around. I know it's true that he's been on Toby's lap only because Toby took pictures. :)
So the other day I was sorting laundry and Tycho was sniffing by the laundry basket (BECAUSE IT IS THERE *sigh*)...and _every_ time I tossed an article of clothing into the hamper, it would surprise him so intensely he would leap into the air and poof. Of course he didn't actually move from beside the hamper...but whatever... :-)
