The promise has been kept. Your neighbour's wallpaper may never be the same again and it will be weeks before she invites guests for dinner, but the rats are gone. A tiny bullet-hole in your hat is the only mark upon you or your conscience.
...Yup. Still playing Echo Bazaar. :)

Ahha! I am still milking rat infestation for all its worth (Glim! I need Glim! and Surface Currency!) but it is good to know that it is resolvable!

Obviously I need an #ebz icon...

Yes, it is! And I got a mini rat rifle out of the deal!

Ooo, I wondered if there was a resolution to the rats at home. I'm getting rather fond of them, being still focused on the Dangerous 30 level of getting at their stashes. They frequently provide me with Sober Dresses, which amuses me.

(I have access to the Dangerous 33 level of rat-battling, but it hits several of my particular squicks in a nasty combination way so I am ignoring it hard, lalala, there is no Dangerous 33 level to the rats. I appreciate that the game allows me to do this.)

I never got any Sober Dresses! But yes, you can eventually get rid of the rats and the card that produced the above results shows up at some point after you've become Vermin-Free.
