And one last whine for the evening ... my left hand hurts. In a strange, nonspecific way that could be due to my RSI, could be due to my piano playing, or could be due to arthritis starting to get into my hands. Like I need yet another medical thing to worry about now, gah.

Oh well, give it a few days and if it's not better I'll call the doc and ask for an appointment to check on it.

And to end on a positive note, I just had a nice glass of Amaretto and I'm about to snuggle into bed with podcasts and cats.

Ah, man, I'm sorry. I've had my hands hurt from piano playing in weird achy ways, so it could definitely be that. I hope it's just a temporary thing, and that the kitty-time helps!

It seems to be much better after a night of rest. Not that the cats helped - Nefer went to sleep on my chair in my office and Sora stayed in the living room, the furry little ingrates!

Amaretto and cats! And here I was thinking of funding a study on the pain-killing effects of Pookies, tea, and a Terry Pratchett book on audio. Clearly I will need to expand my range and possibly add in a cat snoogling control group! *giggles madly*

Provided the cats cooperate! Nefer chose to go to sleep on the chair in my office and Sora decided that he was a Big Independent Cat who Didn't Need Anybody and thus stayed in the living room until 6:30 this morning when it was obviously time to jump on top of me, purring, and knead my bladder.
