I have thoroughly impressed myself by getting 17 out of 20 correct on the Can You Spot the Fake Smile? test. Which is, apparently, pretty damn good.

I knew previously that looking at the eyes was the key to spotting the fake ones. Two of the three I got wrong were subtle, small genuine smiles that I interpreted as fake because I couldn't see anything in the eyes, but I guess the changes in the eyes were too small for me to see very well.
