I found it through a craft blog called One Pretty Thing (http://www.oneprettything.com/) that does round-ups of other craft blogs every couple of days or so, and periodically they do one on the business of crafting - for the most part, not relevant to you, but sometimes the articles they link to are good for any small business like the one above.
