Today's rage is at DA support. I bought a premium print account so I could set my own prices, and it's behaving as if I don't have one, not allowing me to set prices. The answer I got from my support request? I quote:
Really. This is the page I see when I got to the link in the FAQ. This is the page it sends me to. Note the COMPLETE LACK of anything resembling anything to edit the prices with. (no, you can't click on the numbers.)
The *other* issue I brought up in the support request was that I'd deactivated a print in order to re-upload a fixed version, but that I could not re-activate it no matter what I did. The reply:
GRAHHHH STABBITY STAB STAB STAB
DA Support, you are cordially invited to bite Mello's fabulous ass.

Have you tried to edit your print prices?NO. NO, I HAVEN'T. I SENT YOU A SUPPORT REQUEST BECAUSE I HAVEN'T TRIED TO EDIT THEM AND FOUND THAT IT SUPPLIES NO OPTION TO DO SO.

The print is now showing correctly. You had it deactivated so we manually removed the deactivation.
