See, my problem with this question is that I immediately think about summoning from a book we studied in my demonology class in undergrad. I remember to summon a young virgin for sexual purposes one had to draw an outline of the body, inscribe certain names on various body parts and call on demons (and angels and Jesus (yes, you can call on Jesus to help you steal a woman to get laid)). Also, the drawing and inscriptions had to be done with the heart's blood of a dove (heart must be bitten out for extra fun). There may have been a containing circle. I don't know.
Anyway, I don't know about your sexual status and I certainly don't want to summon you for such nefarious means, but I'd probably build the ritual off of that. Rather than a dove's heart's blood, I'd want to find the finest cartooning ink, since I associate that with you and I feel that some kind of ink must be in your blood. I might stalk your LJ a bit more to find other substances I could add in to make the liquid more certain. With the virgin spell, it was general, hence the ability to use a general drawing liquid, I think. Maybe to make the spell as specific as possible you need a liquid/ink that is likewise specific. Eventually I'd want some of your blood to add to the concoction. I'd draw it from your drawing/writing hand, rather than your heart though.
After that it would be a matter of deciding the incantations and who I would call upon to bring you to me. Again, with the virgin spell, the incantations mentioned things like bringing fire to loins and inciting desire. I'd not do that to you, but I would want to incite creativity and desire to sketch or write. I would bind your mind for ideas and your hands to work. Your legs to bring you to me. Hm... I'm not sure what else. I'd need something around your torso, I think.
As for the beings I call upon, I'd have to do some research. I think I'd avoid Christian forces since I am not comfortable with mixing my religion with magic, but I could choose another pantheon or find demons who'd help. I'd need a mixture of madness and clarity of thought.
Finally, I would have to bind you to my purpose. In this case, I'd be binding you for some amazing art for one of my fics b/c I'm selfish like that.
