Sor jumped on my l ptop keybo rd nd broke the key. C n't find the pl stic bit underne th th t helps hold it down to the keybo rd so it looks like I'll h ve to buy new key for it. Pfui. He popped the S key off too, but I w s ble to sn p it b ck on e sily.

yeah, it does look like more fun to type a space instead... what it really did was bring to mind that weird thing I saw a while back, where all the words were typed wrong but the first and last letters were in the correct space. The brain will fill in the gaps, etc blah blah

I just couldn't resist being sm rt ss XDDD

I ws thinking of tht, too. :) I considered not typing the spce nd just letting the letters ll run together but I liked the look of the spce. :)

This happened to my BF with the O, P, and ESC keys. Dumb but can you copy and paste the "a" from word and crtl+v for a?

It's more trouble to do th t th n to just type sp ce. :)

Also the button itself is not broken, just the key cap so I can aim my finger carefully and type an A, but it's much more fun to type without As. :)

Haha one extra key, but yeah. It is funny when you realize just how much you use something. Like when you visit a website and the tab key doesn't work for entering information or you actually have to click on "go".

You could just use the @ key @lot. Or perhaps you have a spare function key that you never use and could relocate?
