A wee bit farther along on Matsumoto.



The version on the left has the sketch still laid over it, the one on the right has that layer hidden. Once I get the basic light and shadows laid in for everything, the sketch will actually get incorporated into the art, so the final piece is going to be somewhere between these. :)



And now her hands are two totally different scales! And they both look wrong to me! Wheeeeeee!!!

I'm trying so hard to patiently wait for when you post a version of this that you're at least somewhat happy with so I can pimp it out! ♥ I see too few pics of serious!Matsy and she looks so damn fierce here that my fangirl squee is barely containable...

Once you show the sword release then it'll probably be all over for me--I'll have to share my glee with somebody else, too. This is a fantastic piece of work! Thanks for doing it.
