Sora's new toy is a long twist tie. He loves it so much that he takes it with him. A moment ago, it just came up on the desk, and then it went back down after Sora decided that I was ticked off enough, having yelled at him all day, that I was Not to be Trifled With.

...Oh damn. It's back up here. That's what you get when you have no short-term memory to speak of.

Also good: the plastic ring from the milk jug lids, these oh so popular bracelets (plastic/rubber) with saying stamped in them. Mine carry those around and bat them around.

Rubber bands are popular, but Jiji eats those (along with the tails from furry mice so I have to pop their leather tails off before tossing them out to the cats). It's pretty much dependent on the cat. Tabby and Tommy won't consume anything, but if it is string like, Jiji will eat and chew it (including various strings dangling from backpacks and drawstrings on sweats, etc.)
