I;m not sure. XD I was doing a random search for online cat toys, trying to find a site I vaguely remember from several years ago that was, I think, a Flash thing with butterflies or something to entertain a cat.
Something from Cat TV (http://www.cattv.com/), perhaps? They've been around forever (well, in internet years) and have a "Website for Cats" (http://www.cattv.com/catwebsite.htm) section with moving bugs, birds, butterflies, etc. to tease cats with.
(A former cow orker has one of their "Video Catnip" CDs -- his cat goes so insane over the chaseable critters on the screen that it gets brought out as a party trick.)
