Here's the more-or-less final result of Yoon's picture. :D





Why is it not the final version? Because I forgot to tint Tamalat's tattoos to a dark indigo before making this screenshot and sending it to her. :)

Aaaaaaand I have just noticed that on this monitor and at this resolution, while Tamalat's skin looks teh_awesome, Brio looks like he's kinda got a skin disease. XD I promise you: the high-res version is much, much better! And it looks better on my monitor at home, too!

ETA: I threw a slight blur on Brio's face for the DA version, just to stop people from asking me if he has a skin disease. XD

ZOMG LOVE!!!

I love the style--the way the lines are left in, so there's a sort of sketchy, wavering-line quality that works with the art-as-art instead of trying to be a fake photograph. (Although of course there are awesome fake-photograph pieces of art too!) I love the dark, rich colors and the way you vary them, especially for the fabric. I love Tamalat's "I know something you don't" expression and Brio's guarded expression. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE. You really, really captured the characters' personalities. PURR. PURR-RR-RR-RR-RR.
