Ah, I haven't even promoted this properly on my own journal yet because with wedding-etc I haven't had time to "finish" the website to my liking, and yet in the meantime I've been kept busy with inquiries from people who have found my site anyway! So.
I knit custom hats with animal ears!
See my Foxknit website (http://www.foxknit.com) and gallery of completed hats (http://flickr.com/photos/foxknit/collections/72157605252495626/).
The patterns are my own invention, and I have standard popular designs like my Fox (http://flickr.com/photos/foxknit/2794467944/in/set-72157606930234538/) and Tabby Cat (http://flickr.com/photos/foxknit/sets/72157605184917150/), but I also love new challenges, making hats based on other animals (like ferrets (http://flickr.com/photos/foxknit/sets/72157605205745499/)!) and using other yarns.
Prices start at $30 US plus shipping for kid-size hats and $35 for adult-size hats made with basic acrylic yarn (including some colours of tabby-striping multicoloured yarn) or minimally-processed 100% wool yarn.
Please inquire about the possibilities for design modifications or different yarns -- there's too many to list! For example, the commission I'm working on currently is a very fuzzy cream cat hat made from alpaca yarn, with side flaps to cover the wearer's own ears, tie-cords, and a hole on top for a ponytail.
